Whether you’re getting married and need a unique wedding idea, throwing a benefit, hosing a gala or whatever it is, you’re thinking about ways to create a unique meaningful & unforgettable experience for yourself and your guests.
Well, let me tell you that there’s nothing I love more about my job than getting to create a live event painting of one of your most special moments. I like to call these paintings little snap shots in time. You know when something really special happens and you wish you could hold on to that moment for just a little longer? Well this is what a live painter can do for you.These live event paintings capture so much more than just your event venue and guests but they capture the feeling & vibe of your whole day. That is not something that can be recreated in a studio from a picture.
So first of all… what is a live wedding painting?
A live wedding painting is a painting where the artist will show up to your event with a blank canvas. As the customer, you get to choose which part of the event you want the artist to capture on the canvas. Once your event starts, the artist will begin to paint the wedding/gala/etc. LIVE in front of you and all your guests! This means that your guests, the venue, and all the fun details you poured your heart into for this day will be included in the painting.
If we have the pleasure of working together, you can expect a few things from me:
-Before your event we will have a short consultation in order for me to find out exactly what you’re envisioning or wanting to capture in the live painting.
-The day of the event, I will arrive early to your venue to start getting the background sketched & painted in to make sure the composition is right!
-Lastly as you and your guests arrive they will be able to watch the painting unfold throughout the night.
(Almost all paintings will be finished that night but if it is an extra large painting or there is a lot of detail I may need to take it back to make sure its perfect for you in which case I will deliver or ship it back to you for free!)
